I use Perk which has a lot of different apps to earn points that can be redeemed for gift cards, PayPal, or put on a perks debit card (which is available immediately). You can use my referral code 016195e6 when signing up and get a bonus. My favorite app is, AppTrailer. With this app you can transfer your points directly to perk points. You can also run the video apps on up to 5 devices at the same time. With the same account. The points add up fast. You can get $5.00 or a little more a day if you run it all day.
What It Is: Think Mary Kay (cosmetics), Pampered Chef (kitchenware), or Rodan + Fields (skincare) — over time, you build a base of clients to whom you sell a company's wares. "There are several reasons why I decided to become a consultant," says Rodan + Fields independent consultant Debbie Royer. "I had seen how much of a blessing the business had been to a friend of mine and my sister-in-law. Plus, everything can be done from my phone, and being a mom to a preschooler and an infant I don't have a lot of extra time to be sitting at a computer."

Recently, I published an interview with Hayley Swindell, the founder of The Refinery (a shared studio space in Austin, Texas), on the potential benefits of co-working. As a former small business owner, Swindell founded the space as a solution to some of the problems she faced as a budding creative entrepreneur, namely a lack of professional amenities and supportive peer network. In that piece, she argued co-working environments give independent freelancers and small business owners the community necessary to share resources, battle scars and stories of success.

Do you enjoy giving feedback? Are you web-savvy? Then become a website and app tester and earn some easy side cash. Companies need to know if their websites and apps are easy to navigate, simple to use, and that they convey the right message. To get an objective opinion, businesses pay website testing companies to conduct research — and that's where you come in. Sign up to become a tester, and you can easily earn $10 for 10-20 minutes of your time. Most companies will require you to record your findings via webcam — so you will need to be comfortable speaking your thoughts out loud.

The traditional 9-5 job in an office is becoming increasingly obsolete, Fast Company reports. Not only are more people in the corporate world doing more from home, thanks to the internet, but side gigs are on the rise. More than a third of us — nearly 54 million people did some freelance work in the past year. That represents a growth of 700,000 more freelancers than the previous year. According to FlexJobs, there are more opportunities opening for full-time remote work, even for those at the executive level. Brie Reynolds, director of online content at FlexJobs, told the magazine: “Professionals who’ve spent years honing their skills and experience don’t need to sacrifice their hard work in order to find better work-life balance.” Analyzing listings from more than 40,000 companies in the FlexJobs database indicates that companies ranging from Dell and UnitedHealth Group to Xerox, SAP, and Salesforce were among the top 25 employers with the most available remote jobs. Although health care, technology, and education are the most well-represented industries, there are also openings in finance, hospitality, and research.
CloudSource, the work-at-home division of Sutherland Global Services, employs customer service consultants from all 48 contiguous states to support industry leaders in the cable/Internet service, retail, software, and gaming console industries. While all CloudSource positions are customer service in nature, some are more heavily focused on sales and/or technical support. Inbound calls only, paid training, ongoing support and growth opportunities exist … All from the comforts of your own home.

Working Solutions hires independent contractor home-agents to provide sales, technical support and customer service. Home agents can put their experience to work and enjoy the freedom of working when they want, where they want. They select highly educated, experienced professionals with product knowledge, certifications and industry experience to match our clients’ business needs. They never charge any fees. Home-agents earn anywhere from $8.00 -$20.00 per hour, depending on the program.
NextWave Advocacy, LLC contracts with news junkies that are politically aware, home-based individuals who are critical thinkers to make outbound calls to educate citizens and help them participate in contacting their elected officials. No sales or fundraising calls are involved. This is not a telemarketing opportunity. The pay is $12.00 per hour with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
This is an hourly job, with the chance to build up hours and wages with peak performances. Some companies offer commissions with upselling – making offers to customers to improve their product while they are on the phone with the representative. The average hourly wage for a call center representative is around $14. The average annual income for call center representative jobs according to ZipRecruiter is$28,086.
Countless employees dream of being granted the privilege of working from home, and understandably so. Working from home has multiple advantages -- saving money on commuting costs, getting to do laundry during the day, and being available for deliveries, just to name a few. But to be successful at working from home, you'll need the right tools and setup. Here are a few items to check off your list of essentials.

What Employees Say: “VIPKID pays between $14-22 an hour, plus more in incentives some months. Most kids are fun and well behaved. You create your own schedule and work as little or much as you want. The materials are already provided, you just have to review them beforehand and plan out how you want to teach the materials and which props you want to use.” —Current ESL Teacher
"The larger trends over the last five to ten years all show remote work, on the whole, increasing. We partnered with Global Workplace Analytics this year to produce a report on the state of telecommuting in 2017, which shows that telecommuting by employees has grown by 115% in 10 years. In 2016, 43% of U.S. workers worked remotely at least occasionally, up from 9% in 2007."
A wide range of businesses need workers to enter various data into their systems, whether that data are used to track inventory or shipments, create business plans, or measure performance or output. And since a computer and typing skills are the most important requirements for this job, many data entry workers are able to work at home, and on a schedule that fits their lives.

Surveys aren’t the best way to make money fast. But there’s a certain appeal to clicking a few buttons and earning money when you’d otherwise be doing nothing. Here’s our recommendation: Sign up for these legitimate survey sites all at once. Chances are, you’ll qualify for at least one or two surveys on each site a month, and the rewards will add up.

If you can think of a good idea for a webstore and invest enough time and energy into marketing it, you might do well.  But keep in mind, you will have to constantly keep at it.  There will be orders to fill and plenty of accounting and inventory work to keep you busy,  provided you have a good product, there’s demand, and you’ve marketed yourself well.  The “If you build it they will come” slogan does not apply to websites.  If no one knows you’re out there, the chances of them accidentally stumbling upon it are virtually nil.  It can also be expensive if you don’t know how to create or operate your website, or how to market it.  You may very likely need to enlist the help of paid professionals.
Most people think that you need to have a lot money stocked away before getting started with investing in real estate, but that isn’t true. In fact, you can start with with as little as $500 by using a platform like Fundrise. Fundrise allows investors of all types (beginners and experts alike) to invest directly in a real estate portfolio that’s managed by a team of professionals.
Success in direct sales, therefore, requires sales talent, product-line knowledge, and the ability to keep track of the administrative side of the selling process. Those most apt to do well are detailed-oriented people with outgoing personalities. Further, in a multi-level business, becoming highly successful requires knowing how to recruit, mentor, and motivate other salespeople.

Before the evolution of work-at-home, call center employees had to drive to a brick-and-mortar site each day to sit at a desk and provide service to customers. Today, companies like Alpine Access, Convergys, and Asurion hire employees to answer customer service calls for their clients, who range from cable television service providers to healthcare companies. Employees are paid a starting rate of around $9 per hour, depending on the company. Although this hourly pay is below the Bureau of Labor Statistics’ reported median rate of $14.70 per hour for a customer service representative, work-from-home call center agents do not face commuting, clothing, meals, and other costs associated with working at a brick-and-mortar center. Some of these call centers also offer opportunities for advancement. Supervisory, managerial, training, and human resources positions are also available as telecommuting positions.

As more companies transition to a remote workforce, the number of virtual call center jobs increases. Often, experience in an office call center or even a retail job is enough to land a home-based call center job. If you speak more than one language, consider getting a bilingual call center job, which tends to have perks due to the additional knowledge needed.
Aren’t remote workers distracted all the time? This is the crux of a large debate throughout the civilian work world about the efficiency of remote workers. Some people assume remote workers are all stay-at-home parents who squeeze work in between screaming kids and trips to the grocery store. Others argue that without office distractions, remote workers are way more efficient. If you choose to explore remote work, prepare to meet both types in your new job(s).
FlexJobs, the Boulder-based remote-friendly career postings site, is cutting through the complexity of this question. Each year, they compile a list of the top 100 companies hiring remote workers. This year, though, they’ve created a special list of all the companies who have made their top 100 lists for each of the past five years. While many companies require you to clock in and out each day, the employers on this list don’t care whether you do your work from Santorini or Shanghai.

“It is often a challenge in the beginning because of the sudden lack of buzz that typifies a traditional office environment,” says Lynn Taylor, a national workplace expert and author of Tame Your Terrible Office Tyrant. But once you’re on the phone, engaged in your business, attending meetings, using videoconferencing and making a proactive effort to create your own business community, that isolation is typically overcome, she says.
For sure! I think that’s something Jeff and I have learned rather quickly is to definitely not put all your eggs in one basket. We had 1-2 affiliates that we promoted for the longest time that were by and large our main sources of income. We realized that if we lost even 1 of those affiliates we would be in for a huge world of hurt when it came to our monthly intake.
The arrangement put me in more company than I realized. According to the 2010 census, 13.4 million people work from home at least one day per week, an increase of 35 percent (about 4 million people) in the last decade. (Fun fact: Boulder, Colorado, is the city with the highest percentage of home-based workers; Thursday is the least likely day to work from home.) More companies are adopting the policy, too: A 2015 study by the nonprofit human resources association WorldatWork and the work-from-home placement organization FlexJobs found that 80 percent of the companies surveyed offered flexible work options but only 37 percent of those were formalized. That means the other ones, the majority of them, were pretty much made up on the fly. A shift is happening in the work-from-home realm, but it’s not always an organized, official one. I blame this, as I do most things, on stock art.
I find approaches to making online money interesting. Some multi-millionaires tell you it’s easy, and really, someone’s buying in, a lot of people are, because these people become multi-millionaires. Yes, they are right. It is easy, but the point which is left out, is that you must follow simple steps every day, and most people don’t follow the steps. Most people give up. Most people throw in the towel after a few days, or weeks, or months.
Online business is how I’ve made a living since 2003 and what has helped me retire early.  I make over $20,000 a month through my blog. You can create your own blog here with my easy 15-minute step-by-step tutorial.  You can start a blog for as little as $2.95 a month (less than a cup of coffee!).  Create a blog and leverage it into affiliate sales or product endorsement deals. Consider topics like:
Hello, I am a college student a senior and I do all of my courses online. I am searching for a entry level customer service position to work from home, or a data entry or virtual assistant anything I can do to earn money from home. I don’t have a car and it seems all my opportunities for work are to far away never in my reach on the city bus. Any suggestions for someone in pursue of a degree but has a bit of experience?

What It Is: Students in countries including Japan, Korea, France and Germany are looking for English speakers to practice with. Sessions focus on things like making professional small talk or running a meeting (trainers are provided with specifics on how to teach each topic, and are also trained themselves for two days before starting the job). Lessons take place either over the phone or on a live Internet video service like Skype — sometimes at night, because you're working with students in different time zones. You need to commit to a minimum of 20 hours a week at consistent times, and can work as many as 35 hours.
Many direct sales businesses are built on a model known as multi-level (sometimes called "network" or "matrix") marketing. The business owner (i.e. the home-based businessperson) earns money from direct sales to customers, as well as claiming a percentage of the revenue earned by "downline" sellers that the owner has recruited to become part of the company's sales force. While there is nothing inherently wrong with this model, there are a couple of common pitfalls with these types of businesses. Consider the following two examples.
Yes, companies will pay you to install apps (or place ads) on your cell phone and leave them there. These apps often run in the background and track your spending/purchasing habits but if you’re not one to really care who knows what groceries you’re buying that week then this is seriously the easiest way to make upwards of $300 per year for no reason.

Tell Wut is a survey site where you can win prizes and earn rewards for sharing your opinion. Most surveys award 5 to 15 points per survey, but you can also earn points by referring friends (25 points), creating an account (100 points) and providing your information (100 points). Points can be redeemed for Best Buy, Walmart, Barnes & Noble, Visa, and various other gift cards. Tell Wut has an A- rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Commuting sucks, and one big advantage of working from home is that you no longer have to deal with it regularly. But it's crucial to reclaim the time you used to devote to travel for something productive. For example, maybe use the first 30 minutes of your day to answer emails you didn't get to the day before and the last half hour to set long-term strategic goals and specific objectives for the next day.

Stan, you’ll want to set up an eBay store if you plan on making eBay a business. If you want to sell a few items here or there, it may not be worth it. It’s fairly easy to set up. You’ll be prompted to select monthly payments or yearly payments (to save money) as well, so bear that in mind. I would suggest monthly payments when just starting out as it’s a contract, meaning you must pay a large penalty if closing early.
Many online job platforms such as Upwork.com also have their own system for recognizing and removing job scams. According to the site, many of them involve “employers” who try to pay workers outside the site’s payment system, and engage in some sort of check or money order fraud. For more tips on avoiding job scams on freelancing sites, read about it here.

If you are working off your personal internet connection at home, chances are very high that it is slower than the one in an office. Therefore, do not clog it up with junk. If other people in the house would like to play online games or stream while you are working I recommend asking them not to. This is extra important if you use a remote connection and run queries or reports that require a large amount of bandwidth. A slow internet connection will kill your productivity and by extension your mood.
